Sea Pol radar. Sea Pol radar.

The newly-assembled Sea Pol radar (containerized system in the foreground with the radome access hatch open) started test operations at the CSU-CHILL radar site in August, 2017. Sea Pol is designed to collect dual polarization data using a wavelength of 5 cm while installed on ocean-going research ships.
