The low elevation reflectivity field observed during the afternoon hours of 22 July 2008 contained several linear features. This echo organizational pattern was due to roll circulations in the planetary boundary layer. Example PPI and RHI plots from CSU-CHILL radar scans through these echoes are shown. (more)
