The CSU-CHILL National Weather Radar Facility, located in Greeley, CO, is an advanced, transportable dual-polarized S-band weather radar system. The facility is operated by Colorado State University, under the sponsorship of the National Science Foundation and the University.

Featured Article This article describes the processing and results of data from the upgraded CSU-CHILL antenna using a fuzzy-logic based hydrometeor identification system developed at CSU. This follows the more basic examination of the antenna performance performed earlier. (more)
